Tartar Sauce
(From The American Gourmet Collection Cookbook)
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped Sweet Pickle
1 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
1 tablespoon snipped Parsley
1 tablespoon chopped Pimiento
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
pinch Sugar
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate. Serve with fish and seafood. Yield: about 1-1/3 cups.
